Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in utility maintenance or construction or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Texas Driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled manual labor for installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of water and sewer lines.
• Assist with taps, pipe laying, backfilling and site compaction.
• Operate and maintain sewer rodders, jackhammers, trenchers and boring machines.
• Install and repair hydrants, meter valves and related pipeline apparatus.
• Work on a rotation with the call-out crew, subject to on-call and call-back work.
• Adhere to safety training, policies and procedures.
