Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Possess valid Class A Texas CDL with endorsements (air brakes, cargo, and combination) within six months.

Responsibilities

• Repair water leaks on mains, service lines, meters, valves, and fire hydrants.
• Install or replace meters, water taps, water lines, valves, fire hydrants, and service lines.
• Backfill and level job sites; wash/flush main sewer lines.
• Inspect and maintain trucks, tractors, water pumps, and tools; turn in records daily.
• Drive dump trucks and 2 1/2 ton utility trucks; training on backhoe after one year.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
