Job summary

• Develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of staff to meet client needs.

• Lead QA/QC program activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review hiring needs, requisitions and offers as delegated by the BG Manager.
• Collaborate with Market Sector Leaders and Project Delivery Leader on workload and strategy.
