Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for the Water Business Group to guide professional services, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across multiple sites in the United States. You will align technical practices, support strategic initiatives, and partner with operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience managing teams, a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs with high quality

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in professional services and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage and develop technical teams.
• Maintain AEC industry associations.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor staff development in technical, professional, business, and service delivery competencies.
• Drive delivery excellence, QA/QC improvements across the group.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.
• Lead risk management and continuous improvement for strategic initiatives and major programs.
