HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced water industry professional to serve as our North Texas Water Project Delivery Leader (PDL). You will report to the North Texas Water Business Group Manager (BGM) and work alongside to provide project review, oversight, and management of strategic projects across North Texas offices. You will collaborate with HDR’s water Market Sector Leadership to transition strategic initiatives into successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop project management skills for staff across North Texas offices.
2. Provide project management team organization and leadership.
3. Perform project reviews focusing on delivery oversight, financials, schedule, quality, and staffing.
4. Coordinate with Market Sector Leaders on staff assignments and workshare management.
5. Support area project management processes.
6. Serve as a champion for cross-Business Group efforts.
7. Function as a project manager on large or key projects.
8. Assist with contract review to ensure risk management and quality.
9. Ensure integration of technology and solutions into project delivery.
10. Serve as a QAQC reviewer for wastewater projects.

Preferred qualifications include an MS in relevant Engineering fields, 15 years of experience, and a PE license in TX or OK. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
