Job summary

City of Peoria, Arizona seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to plan, organize, and direct engineering, operational technology/SCADA, and water resources staff. You will oversee capital improvement projects and the Integrated Water Utilities Master Plan, ensuring coordination with IWUMP and City Engineering Standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive water/wastewater experience, strong supervisory background, and a track record in development planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum seven years of civil engineering experience and five years of supervisory experience.
Arizona Licensed Professional Engineer upon hire or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of engineering, OT/SCADA and water resources staff.
Oversee CIP delivery and development of IWUMP/master plans.
Coordinate with IT and oversee Water Resources, OT/SCADA and Engineering staff.
