Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years professional engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer License required upon hire or via reciprocity.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire.
• Experience in a municipal or government setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, design, and implementation of water and wastewater CIP projects from concept to closeout.
• Liaise with outside agencies; administer contracts; respond to inquiries.
• Review engineering plans and specifications; coordinate with developers, contractors, and city leadership.
• Develop guidelines, codes, plans, and specifications; assist in consultant selection and inspections.
