• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Planning, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and goal oriented.
• Strongly established client relationships and industry contacts in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year east region business plan aligned with WSP’s national and global water objectives.
• Grow market share to become the preferred, trusted advisor to our clients.
• Mentor client account managers and technical leaders to elevate client care and business development capabilities.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategies for transformative water projects.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment that encourages innovative thinking.
• Drive KPIs: pipeline health, win ratio, sales, funding, and as-sold margin.
