Qualifications

• PE license in NJ or NY (reciprocity possible).
• 10–20+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience.
• Strong project management and leadership experience on complex infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction‑phase services for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across concurrent programs.
• Develop and mentor project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
• Support recruiting and workforce growth initiatives as the practice expands.
• Strengthen relationships with municipal utilities, authorities, and public‑sector clients.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and account growth.
• Drive project delivery excellence and establish operational best practices.
