Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience with PLC programming and SCADA system development.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley ControlLogix (Studio 5000) and VTScada software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, install, test, support, maintain, and improve the PICS in the water treatment plant, distribution system facilities, and dams.
• Manage SCADA software configuration, PLC/SCADA system design, and HMI programming; provide training to staff.
• Provide training, consultation, and direction to treatment plant staff on the use and application of installed control systems.
• Collaborate with City departments and 3rd party firms on SCADA projects, data collection, and related tasks.
