SERVPRO is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician in Manchester, TN. This physically demanding role involves front-line work on water, fire, and mold disasters, using heavy equipment to restore homes and businesses.

You’ll be on the front lines, performing meticulous cleanup, operating heavy machinery, and supporting families in urgent situations. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with overtime and on-call bonuses, with training and advancement paths available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Heavy Mitigation: remove water-damaged materials such as carpet, padding, drywall and debris.
• Equipment Setup: load, unload, and position industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Demolition & Cleanup: perform tear-outs in crawlspaces, attics and basements.
• Ethical Execution: follow standards to ensure high-quality, first-time-right work.
• Rapid Response: participate in an on-call rotation after hours to assist emergencies.
