This is a physically demanding, manual labor position. You will be on the front lines of property disasters (water, fire, and mold). What You’ll Do (The Hard Work)

• Heavy Mitigation: Manually remove water-damaged materials, including soaked carpeting, heavy padding, drywall, and debris.
• Equipment Setup: Load, unload, and maneuver heavy industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Demolition & Cleanup: Perform "tear-outs" and cleaning in challenging environments like crawlspaces, attics, and flooded basements.
• Ethical Execution: Follow strict industry standards to ensure the job is done right the first time, protecting the homeowner from future issues.
• Rapid Response: Participate in an on-call rotation to help our community when emergencies happen after hours.
