Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking an entry-level Water Damage Restoration Technician in Kingsport, TN. The role supports emergency response, cleanup, and restoration projects across residential properties.

You will assist the crew with water extraction, drying setup, and progress monitoring, while maintaining safety and customer service standards. Training is provided, and overtime is common.

Qualifications

• The ability to work long hours, including overtime.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dependable and punctual teamwork is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs daily.
• Must be able to write legibly and submit daily paperwork.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new computer software monthly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations.
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism in their homes.
• Assist Crew Chief in extracting water and removing damaged materials.
• Set up drying equipment and monitor progress of jobs.
• Assist with cleaning and related tasks as needed.
