Roto-Rooter’s Dallas branch in Irving, TX is seeking a Water Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from scope to completion.

You will interact with customers, develop work plans, monitor progress, and serve as the primary contact while guiding technicians and ensuring adherence to IICRC and RRSC guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, insurance liaison duties, documentation, and opportunities to contribute to a growing water restoration division.

Qualifications

• Experience in water restoration industry and knowledge of insurance reimbursement for water mitigation claims.
• Strong customer service focus and effective communication with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Xactimate software.

Water Restoration Project Manager

Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Roto-Rooter is the name that home owners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional team members. Our Dallas branch, located in Irving, TX, is looking for a Water Restoration Projet Manager.

Responsibilities

As our Water Restoration Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plan, monitor progress


• Service as primary contact for the customer


• Ensures customer satisfaction
