Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Irving, TX, is seeking a Water Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects, coordinate crews, liaise with customers and insurers, and ensure adherence to IICRC guidelines.

You will develop work scopes, monitor schedules, review estimates, and drive customer satisfaction while managing documentation and inter-department coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water restoration industry and insurance reimbursement for water mitigation claims.
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent using Xactimate software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plan, monitor progress.
• Serve as primary contact for the customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare/review estimates, liaise with insurance companies, and interact with other personnel on collections.
• Ensure technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines.
• Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed.
• Ensure all documentation is complete.
• Manage and supervise all water restoration crews.

Water Restoration Project Manager

Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Overview

Roto-Rooter is the name that home owners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional team members. Our Dallas branch, located in Irving, TX, is looking for a Water Restoration Projet Manager.

Responsibilities
