Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Water Restoration Lead Technician to promote our restoration services to insurance agents and oversee projects from inspection to completion. You will work as the frontline contact for customers and agents, coordinating a team and ensuring timely delivery of services.

The role emphasizes sales leadership in the restoration sector, strong customer service, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, preferably in restoration/service.
• Strong customer service focus and effective communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent using Xactimate software.

Responsibilities

• Promote services to insurance agents for water-damaged properties.
• Front line and first responder for the company.
• Inspect site and present customer solutions.
• Create proposals using Xactimate.
• Be the point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout the project.
• Ensure project completion within established time frame and to customer satisfaction.
• Hire a team of sales reps and service technicians.

Water Restoration Lead Technician

Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Roto-Rooter is the name that home owners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional team members.

The average pay range for this position is between $65,000-$85,000.

Responsibilities

• Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water
• Front line and first responder for our company
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Use Xactimate software to create proposal
• Be the point of contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project
• Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Hire a team of sales representatives and service technicians

Requirements

• Sales management experience preferably in the restoration or service industry
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Fluent using Xactimate software
