The Restoration Guys in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Restoration Project Manager to lead multiple water, fire, and mold restoration projects from intake through closeout.

You will own estimates, coordinate crews, ensure quality and compliance, and help grow the company with integrity. This leadership role offers base pay plus commission and requires strong restoration knowledge and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration industry experience.
• Current IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications.
• Experience managing water, fire, and mold projects.
• Strong estimating, documentation, and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Availability for emergency or after-hours calls when needed.

The Restoration Guys is a growing Water, Fire, Mold, and Crawlspace Encapsulation company hiring an experienced Project Manager to help us grow quickly, ethically, and with the high level of service our clients expect.

This is a leadership-level position for someone with strong restoration knowledge, excellent judgment, and high personal integrity. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from the initial service call through completion and handoff to billing. Will be base pay and commission pay structure.
