Job summary

The Restoration Guys in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Restoration Project Manager to lead multiple water, fire, and mold restoration projects from intake through closeout.

You will own estimates, coordinate crews, ensure quality and compliance, and help grow the company with integrity. This leadership role offers base pay plus commission and requires strong restoration knowledge and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration industry experience.
• Current IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications.
• Experience managing water, fire, and mold projects.
• Strong estimating, documentation, and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Availability for emergency or after-hours calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and inspect water, fire, and mold damage service calls.
• Accurately scope and estimate restoration projects.
• Clearly and calmly communicate with property owners during stressful situations.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, documentation, schedules, and project needs.
• Manage projects from initial inspection through final completion.
• Maintain quality, profitability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure completed job files are accurate and ready for billing.
• Help develop relationships, improve operations, and grow the company responsibly.
