Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bill and process invoices promptly and accurately.
• Collect payments and manage receivables for core businesses.
• Input data into the AS400 system for records.
• Maintain AR and revenue accounts with accuracy.
• Monitor payment status and provide status reports to management.
• Contact delinquent customers to communicate terms and collect.
• Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status.
