Job summary

LVI Associates in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Project Manager for Water & Utility Infrastructure to lead capital projects from planning through construction. The role involves coordinating consultants, contractors, operations teams, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Environmental/Wastewater background with 4+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. PE preferred; PMP required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in water, wastewater, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience reading engineering plans and coordinating project delivery.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• PE license is preferred. PMP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater capital improvement projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, operations teams, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress.
• Review engineering plans, permits, reports, and technical documentation.
• Support long-term infrastructure planning and utility improvement programs.
