Job summary

LVI Associates in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex municipal projects from planning through construction. This role offers opportunities to improve water reliability and community resilience across the Southwest.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and subconsultants; mentor junior staff; develop client relationships with utilities and public agencies; and serve as a technical leader in the water and wastewater sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction.
• Oversee design of water transmission and distribution pipelines, wastewater systems, pump stations, reservoirs and storage facilities.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical memoranda, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate and manage subconsultants.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with municipalities, utilities, and public agencies.
• Serve as a technical leader within the organization and industry.
