Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of water/wastewater professionals, maintaining morale and collaboration.
• Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and project delivery to ensure success.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and managers to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.
• Directly manage water/wastewater projects from planning through closeout.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and teams, sharing performance updates and milestones.
• Champion QA/QC, risk management, and audits for reliable solutions.
