Job summary

American Water Works is hiring a project coordination associate to assist capital program management and engineering teams with design, construction, and reporting tasks. You will help manage data input, QA processes, and documentation across enterprise systems.

The role supports InVision and eBuilder implementations, tracks expenditures, and prepares KPI reports. A related degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with strong communication and multi-project skills expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Applied Science, Project Management, Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist capital program management and project management teams in implementing InVision and eBuilder.
• Support data quality assurance activities: formatting, quality control, and uploads to enterprise systems.
• Help track capital program expenditures and monitor against budget.
• Coordinate data requests and manage documentation for engineering and construction projects.
• Contribute to variance reports and KPI reporting as required.
