Reeves Young seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from kickoff to closeout. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to contract specifications.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience within the construction industry are required.
• Ability to monitor and understand the financial status of a project throughout its duration.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with the listed software applications or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles.
• Train and develop Assistant Project Managers and support the Senior Project Manager.
• Review and understand complete project scope of work based on contract requirements including drawings, specs, schedules and codes.
• Control time, cost, and quality of construction projects.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow, and productivity.
