Reeves Young is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Water Resources in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on leading project controls, tracking RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and safety and quality measures from Preconstruction through Close Out.

The position requires coordinating material logs, ensuring timely buyouts, and supporting the change management process while producing regular reports with Viewpoint, ProCore, Adobe, Bluebeam and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, updating and maintaining project controls
• Ability to track RFI, submittals, shop drawings and quality controls
• Familiarity with safety, financial performance and close-out processes

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain a variety of project controls tracking project status and changes
• Manage material tracking logs to ensure buyout, submittals, shop drawings and samples are available
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements
• Support change management with logs, pricing, estimates and change orders
• Produce reports using Viewpoint, ProCore, Adobe, Bluebeam and MS Project
