Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to manage construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with engineers, architects, and vendors. You will develop procurement strategies, track progress, and ensure schedules align with Owner contracts and internal targets.

The role involves coordinating with the Preconstruction Team, monitoring worker productivity, and supporting on-site senior project management.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop procurement/buyout strategies and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop and execute a Buyout Log and procurement plan.
• Review project scopes, drawings, specs, and schedules to plan trades and vendors.
• Monitor progress with the team and update baseline schedules weekly.
