Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 6 years of progressive civil engineering experience with emphasis on stormwater.
• Professional Engineering License in Indiana or reciprocity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, manage time and problem solve.
• Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
• Independent and team-oriented with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on water resource projects.
• Interact with clients to explain scope and requirements.
• Provide direction throughout the project life cycle.
• Help clients understand how changes affect budgets.
• Develop and supervise municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Prepare preliminary engineering reports for funding agencies.
• Prepare bidding documents for municipal public works.
• Lead and supervise engineering team members.
