Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete contract documents: plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Conduct meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Client contact and coordination with internal departments.
• Assist in assembling supplements, proposals, and engineer’s reports.
• Sign final tracings and meet deadlines.
