LVI Associates seeks a Senior Drainage Engineer / Project Manager for Orlando or Tampa, FL to lead high-profile drainage work on transport projects and mentor team members. The role sits within our Florida Group, driving successful permitting, design reviews, and stormwater strategies.

You will contribute to complex FDOT projects, advance innovative drainage solutions, and enjoy industry-leading training and mentorship within a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of transportation drainage experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDOT drainage standards and WMD permitting.
• Proficiency in ICPR and HEC-RAS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permitting processes with Water Management Districts.
• Support pond siting and stormwater analysis for transportation corridors.
• Contribute technical expertise to project pursuits and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
