Job summary

Rincon Consultants, Inc seeks an experienced Project Manager, Groundwater & Water Resources to lead our groundwater and water resources practice across California. The role emphasizes SGMA planning and implementation, watershed resilience, nature-based and groundwater recharge solutions, water resources planning, and grant funding strategies moving projects from planning to implementation.

The candidate will combine technical depth with strong project management and client leadership,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in groundwater, hydrogeology or water resources.
• Experience with SGMA planning and implementation, including GSPs or Alternatives.
• Strong writing, QA/QC, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SGMA planning and implementation, including GSPs and alternatives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and client communications.
• Develop grant applications and funding strategies for groundwater projects.
