Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Water Resource Management.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with a focus on water resources.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in challenging environmental conditions.
• Strong knowledge of water conservation, hydrology, and environmental impact assessments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hybrid work model balancing field operations with office duties.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera; GIS experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of water resource projects.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage project teams and coordinate internal staff, consultants, and contractors.
