Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering.
• Engineering Intern (E.I.) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification (passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam).
• 0-4 years of civil engineering experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams on water resources and municipal projects (master planning, hydraulics, pipelines, pumps, structures, wells, sewers, roads).
• Develop business by building client relationships and assisting with proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, regulatory/funding agencies, and contractors on project requirements and deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and participate in public meetings to inform the public.
