Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our interdisciplinary Water Resources team in the western US. You will lead large water resources projects, guiding policy, planning, engineering, and environmental considerations to deliver comprehensive solutions.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and develop client relationships with agencies, Tribes, municipalities, and districts, while pursuing growth opportunities and elevating project delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading large water resources projects and programs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as project manager for water resources projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Mentor and coach developing professionals through project assignments and client interactions.
Coordinate with leadership on budget planning, workload forecasting, and staffing needs.
Lead project teams to deliver multi-objective water resources programs across sectors.
