Job summary

Bodwé Group, the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, seeks a Water Resources Practice Lead to guide planning, design, and execution of complex stormwater, drainage, flood control, and dam safety projects.

This strategic role blends technical leadership, project management, staff mentorship, and client engagement to drive excellence and compliant, sustainable solutions. Hybrid or remote work in the Midwest with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 12+ years of water resources engineering experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
• Federal agency project experience preferred (e.g., BIA, NPS, USACE).
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of water resources projects.
• Drive practice growth through marketing and client engagement.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Coordinate with other leaders for interdisciplinary solutions.
