Job summary

Lochmueller Group is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources infrastructure for municipalities, utilities, and private clients. You will mentor engineers, drive project execution, and contribute to growth of our Water Resources practice across Missouri and beyond. The role can be based in St.

Louis, St. Charles, or Edwardsville offices, requiring strong leadership, technical excellence, and collaborative communication with diverse

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in stormwater, wastewater, drinking water, and municipal infrastructure.
Proven leadership delivering water resources projects from planning through construction.
Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water projects for municipal and utility clients.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction.
Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
