CP Engineers is seeking a Group Manager for the Water and Wastewater team with 15+ years of experience. You will lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure, interfacing with clients to ensure successful outcomes while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic growth and ownership of KPIs, shaping the group as a business unit within CP Engineers. Hybrid/remote flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Water Resources engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• PE license preferred and track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business, financial acumen, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute annual and long-term business plans for the Water Resources Engineering Group, aligned with CP Engineers' vision.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue growth, utilization, labor multiplier, client retention; drive growth and profitability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of engineers and managers; oversee group budgeting and pricing strategies.
• Oversee project delivery across wastewater infrastructure projects; ensure quality, budget, and timeliness.
