Job summary
Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a December 2026 Graduate Civil Engineer to join the Water Resources team in San Antonio, TX.
You will support design and analysis of water resources projects, perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and assist in master drainage planning while collaborating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a ABET-accredited degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, has passed the FE or will within six months, and can obtain a Texas EIT within two
Qualifications
- 0–3 years in water resources/public works; new grads encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering, ABET-accredited.
- Must have FE or plan to obtain within six months.
- Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in design and analysis of water resources projects.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis.
- Assist in master drainage plans development.
- Prepare and review engineering documents, plans, specs and bid docs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
