Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Apex, NC 27502 is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for complex projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate labor, equipment, drawings, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience required.
• 2-year technical college or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 5–10 years general construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all field operations.
• Creates and manages the cost-loaded project schedule.
• Coordinates labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepares daily logs; assists in estimating change orders and future projects.
• Plans work to ensure crews have materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains crew safety and quality planning.
