Job summary

WSB is seeking an Engineer, Water Resources in Austin to join its Water Resources team. You will work on hydraulic design, water resources planning, modeling, and BMP design for a mix of public and private clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field with 4–8 years of water resources experience and proficiency in HydroCAD, SWMM, HECRAS, P8, GIS, Bentley, and AutoCAD. This role offers growth within a dynamic, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in water resources engineering.
Experience with water resources modeling programs and CAD/GIS tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on hydraulic design and water resources projects for public and private clients.
Lead project coordination and client engagement for drainage and water resources initiatives.
Apply and grow project management skills by planning and tracking activities.
