Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Water Resources/H&H Engineer to join our Lehigh Valley, PA office (Bethlehem) to support H&H, ES&C, drainage and SWM tasks for multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on Pennsylvania.

The role involves developing project plans, technical reports, quantities and specifications; potential management of task and project scope, schedule, and budget. Occasional field data collection and site visits are expected, with diversified projects across various clients.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree required.
• FE/EIT, PE preferred.
• 5–12 years in water resources engineering.
• Proficient in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and stormwater design.
• Experience with plan production via AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Experience with PennDOT/PA Turnpike/DelDOT/MDSHA/VDOT or DCDOT is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support H&H, ES&C, drainage and SWM tasks for multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on PA and neighboring states.
• Interact with internal staff and clients on project development and design.
• Develop project plans, technical reports, quantities and specifications; manage scope, schedule and budget when applicable.
• Perform occasional field data collection and site visits.
• Handle diversified projects and assignments with different clients.
