Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering required.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably wastewater/wet utility projects.
• PA PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff on multiple water/wastewater projects from design through construction support.
• Interact with clients in PA & NJ to develop design criteria and parameters.
• Design and develop project plans, reports, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Manage project scope, tasks, scheduling, and budgets.
• Communicate with team and clients on project progress.
• Occasional field data collection and construction administration as needed.
• Provide mentorship to staff and take on additional tasks.
