Job summary

Pennoni is actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources group in the Newark, DE area. You will support transportation projects by performing hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage and stormwater design, and related analysis.

You will lead, mentor, and interact with clients across the Mid-Atlantic region on diverse assignments. The role emphasizes technical excellence, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a collaborative

Qualifications

BSCE required; PE preferred.
5+ years of experience in water resources engineering.
Experience with H&H modeling and bridge/civil projects.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Experience with state DOT design criteria is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead or support H&H, ES&C, drainage and SWM tasks for bridge and highway projects in the Mid-Atlantic.
Develop plans, technical reports and specifications.
Mentor junior staff.
Interact with clients and potential project management opportunities.
Work on diversified projects for multiple clients.
