Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Engineer in Mankato, MN to join the Surface Water group and contribute to rural surface water projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and employee owners across design, project execution, and construction administration.

The role requires a PE licensure, a civil/environmental engineering degree, and 5–10 years of relevant experience. Opportunities include leading stormwater planning, modeling, and field coordination with ISG Employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field.
• PE licensure is required.
• 5–10 years in surface water projects and stormwater planning.
• Willing to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stormwater management plans and reports.
• Design stormwater infrastructure and oversee construction.
• Coordinate with internal resources across design, coordination, and construction.
• Provide QA/QC on drawings and specifications.
• Lead project leadership to deliver surface water projects.
