ISG is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to support the Rural Surface Water team. You will contribute to stormwater planning and the design of infrastructure, collaborating with internal resources from concept through construction.

You should have a PE license and 5–10 years of surface water experience, with proficiency in stormwater modeling software and strong communication skills. This role offers Employee Owner benefits and opportunities across ISG offices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering or biosystems engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, required.
• Experience managing projects in the surface water industry (stormwater, flood analysis, FEMA CLOMR/LOMR, rural drainage).
• 5-10 years of surface water experience.
• Ability to travel to ISG office locations and job sites.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement stormwater management plans and reports.
• Design and oversee construction of stormwater infrastructure (retention basins, swales, drainage).
• Use modeling software (XPSWMM, PCSWMM, Infoworks ICM, HydroCAD, Hec-RAS/Hec-HMS).
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders during construction.
• Coordinate environmental studies, permitting and technical deliverables.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to predict stormwater behavior.
