WSP Global Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Deputy Project Manager – Water Resources / Site Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources team working on stormwater and resilience projects across the Tampa Bay region.

The role bridges technical delivery and project management, focusing on day-to-day coordination, technical execution, and client-facing support, with a path toward Project Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with focus in Water Resources or related discipline.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in stormwater, water resources, or site civil engineering.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including coordination of tasks, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with stormwater design, hydrology and hydraulics, drainage and grading design.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing stormwater, watershed, and civil projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate with internal multi-disciplinary teams to track progress, manage deliverables, and maintain schedules.
• Perform and oversee technical work including engineering calculations and construction plans.
