Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with focus in Water Resources.
• 1–3+ years in stormwater or site civil engineering.
• Experience delivering projects, coordinating tasks and schedules.
• Knowledge of Florida permitting processes (SWFWMD ERP, local permits).

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in delivering stormwater, watershed, and civil projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to track progress and schedules.
• Perform and oversee design with emphasis on stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage.
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, and construction plans.
• Coordinate permitting efforts with regulatory agencies.
• Assist in scope, schedule, and budget management, including invoicing.
• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and support proposal development.
