Job summary

Pennoni in Milton, DE is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to contribute to Municipal and Civil projects from our office. You will work on water/wastewater, water resources, and wet utilities design, planning, permitting, and construction administration.

The role offers growth into Technical or Project Manager tracks with opportunities to mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines while delivering high-quality projects for clients in Delaware and the Eastern Shore region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• PE license in DE and/or MD preferred.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage civil projects for clients in Delaware and Maryland.
• Design, plan, permit, inspect and administer water and sanitary systems.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design efforts and communicate with regulators.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and budgets.
