Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in DE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• At least 8 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with land development and design projects preferred.
• PM experience preferred; ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or HydroCAD; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Provide civil engineering design services including site planning, infrastructure design, and stormwater management.
• Manage diverse projects in commercial and residential sectors.
• Oversee paving, drainage, grading, water and wastewater work.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and agencies.
• Define project scope, create detailed plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits.
