Job summary

Arup is seeking a Marketing Winning Work Senior Specialist to lead and shape winning strategies for the Water Business across the West and LATAM regions. You will coordinate bid processes, ensure high-quality proposals, and partner with senior leaders to optimize win outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams including writers, editors, designers, and client managers, driving effective pipeline planning and interview preparation while maintaining data integrity in CRM and bid systems.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience working in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in managing pursuits and bids.
• Experience of prepositioning and bidding lifecycle and bid delivery at a local office geography/region scale.
• Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods.
• Working with the technical staff and marketing team to ensure proposal process is followed, and to ensure quality and consistency in all proposal/qualifications documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape win strategies for priority pursuits.
• Coordinate and manage bid processes with full accountability for bid coordination, compliance, and quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders, bid directors, and bid managers to deliver compelling client submissions.
• Guide development with technical teams and other contributors to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Align MCBD contributors to strengthen win strategy and proposal quality.
• Provide insights on pipeline priorities, bid risk, and resourcing implications.
