• Lead and align technical practice groups across the matrix organization.
• Oversee QA and QC program development and execution.
• Guide program and project delivery with risk management and process improvement.
• Coordinate staff training in policies, safety, ethics, and quality standards.
• Foster recruiting, retention, and development of key staff for delivery success.
